It’s been quiet for a while
After some time away, something new is starting to take shape in the studio.
It’s been a while since I shared anything about Lodet.
After releasing Lemoner and playing a bunch of shows last year, I think I needed to step away for a bit. Not from music, but from everything around it.
To write without thinking. To lose direction a little. To find something new again.
I’ve been in the studio a lot. Some days it feels like nothing happens. Other days something small appears – a sound, a line, a feeling – and I try to hold onto it. Something like this has been taking shape lately:
Not sure what it is yet.
But it feels like something exiting.

Now spring is here.
And something is shifting.
I feel that kind of nervous excitement again.
The one you get right before things start moving.
There’s new music coming. Soon.
And I really want to get out there again. Play live. Meet people. See where this goes.
